45 Minute Session: $140/$155 60min (individual) $175 (Couples)
Payment: LW&C accepts all payments via IvyPay. Clients are welcomed to pre-pay for sessions up to one month in advance. All transactions are completed at the beginning of the session and clients must maintain a debit or credit card on file at all times.
Cancellation: We adhere to a strict cancellation policy which states that clients must notify us within 24 hours advance of scheduled session to avoid being charged the full session cost.
Insurance: LW&C is currently paneled with Cigna. If your insurance plan reimburses for out-of-network behavioral health or mental health services, your sessions may be partially covered by your provider.
For out-of-network clients, you must pay in full for your session and I will provide a superbill (invoice) which you can submit for reimbursement. Please contact your provider for specific information regarding your plan.
*Please note, insurance carriers require clinicians to provide a mental health diagnosis which will permanently remain on your health records. We know that all individuals do not need a diagnosis to address life challenges. Equity in mental healthcare is important to us, for this reason we are contracted with a limited number of insurance carriers.*
